CAN YOU INSTALL?
No we do not install glass. We sell glass to installers who do great work on their own. If you are looking for an installer visit our gallery and contact one of our customers.
INSULATED OR DOUBLE PANE UNITS?
We only work with single pane float glass
WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?
Depends on the season but we typically operate at about 7-10 business days. Large or more complicated orders, such as UV Glued units, painted or laminated glass can take up to 15 business days. We will always work to get you your glass as fast as possible without sacrificing quality.
WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
We charge a minimum of 25$. For the sake of efficiency we suggest putting small orders together
CAN YOU DELIVER?
Most orders are will call but we do offer delivery to within the GTA for an extra charge. Contact Corbin@futuretempglass.com for a quote on delivery
HOW DO I PICKUP?
Your glass will be loose or in small bundles if possible. We can crate your order in requested when the order was placed. Come with shipping blankets, and padding or a rack to hold all your pieces. Your order confirmation has the quantity and sizes of your glass, make sure you have the space in your vehicle to take it.
WHAT SIZED HOLES CAN YOU DRILL?
The smallest hole we can drill is 3/16". If a piece needs to be tempered the hole has to be at a minimum the 1/16" bigger in diameter than the thickness of the glass. (I.e. 12MM glass is 1/2" which would require a 9/16" hole)
